Collection & Legal

Management system

This system gives you the ability to follow up on your clients collections and its cases. The system always defines the next step for the case at hand to keep you alert with all cases steps. It works by dividing the system users to specific users with different levels of access, where each user is granted different levels of permissions to perform his/her actions.

The system manages clients by:

  • Connecting all involved departments with clients and cases. Each department acts within its given authority.
  • Defining clients profile and payments.
  • Manage clients payments and transactions.
  • Defining cases cost, current step for each case and percentage of completion.
  • Generating reports that handle the recovery and the expenses of the case, show ended cases status and CREC case transfer, and make you able to get an advanced report for each case.
  • Reminding you of cases session dates and managing user requests and your requests.
  • Controlling cases sessions and court decisions.
  • Following up on cases from the beginning through completion.

After initiating a collection process and connecting it with its client, system can assign an employee to follow-up clients collections and assign lawyer, set expenses, pause the case and get the amount of recovery for the case, each from the user who has permission to approve it. The system shows the collection life cycle step by step starting with its collection department to get approved. The case will then move to the next step - case registration- to be registered, then to the following step - defining court sessions- with the benefit of setting a reminder for the sessions that will be held.

The case will move to fill court decision. If the decision is approved, the case will move to appeal case registration, and then appeal court session all the way to appeal court decision. At this step you will either choose execution to execute the case, or Supreme Court to send the case to the Supreme Court.

After sending the case to the Supreme Court, the case will move to execution step if the case is still active. New execution procedures can be set to the case at this point.

If approved, the case will move to appeal court execution where the case will move back to the execution step, and then you can end the case.
